Aware of the need for comprehensive attention to the educational process and to fight school dropouts, we undertook nutrition, our goal is to provide 600 breakfasts daily from Monday to Saturday throughout the school year, to children, youth and teachers from different schools. These breakfasts contain the nutritional amounts necessary for a balanced diet, prepared by the hands of eight collaborating mothers, so that the children start their classes loaded with a lot of energy.

It aims to promote among children the analysis and knowledge of habits and attitudes that generate changes that help them grow as a person and as a group, using Rugby as a tool for motivation and respect for others, taking into account that from the teaching of this sport emerges a series of very useful values for life in society, such as INTEGRITY , PASSION , SOLIDARITY , DISCIPLINE and above all RESPECT . We work with male students between 10 and 14 years old who have presented behavioral problems, within the Monseñor Romero de Fe y Alegría School.

Inspiration and artistic movement for non-violence, generating new ideas through art, has the purpose and purpose of producing and expressing artistic and aesthetic experiences, providing students with a comprehensive education, it is a space created for freedom, sensitivity, creativity, psychomotor development where students use the perception of their senses.

Girls who complete their course in the Flower of Hope program at the age of 14 begin a preparation in the Lares Institute program, an extracurricular technical training program in the area of gastronomy, pastry, laundry, pantry and cleaning for women teenagers. The program encompasses an integral formation of the person so that, through the exercise of the virtues, they can develop a stable personality and a solid character, promoting femininity, love of home and positive leadership in their community.

The objective of this program is to get children affected by differe efore causes either accidents , malnutrition or abuse, can overcome these problems and to reach a state of physical and mental wellbeing. For this we have developed a medical network that has more than 50 specialist doctors and organizations dedicated to health in the city of Barquisimeto who voluntarily attend to the various cases that may arise in the children of the Fe y Alegría Schools.

In view of the marked gaps and existing features of social emergency, limiting large extent education decided to continue the idea of delivering a school backpack with all the supplies, uniforms and shoes required to start classes; This backpack is named “Backpack of illusions”. We also created a school supply bank in the school so that the teachers of each class can replace the material that merits throughout the school year.

Thanks to the alliances acquired with the CDEI foundation, we were able to continue expanding the number of Venezuelan young people who are taking online careers with the Cala Foundation program, which aims to promote the education and training of young people through the channeling of scholarships for courses and / or careers for personal and professional improvement.

In order to provide a vacation filled with Esperanza, we undertook the idea of bringing a vacation plan to all our children at the Monseñor Romero de Fe y Alegría School, the main thing for us is that the children continue to receive their daily food during the vacation period to avoid malnutrition and weight loss.
